I'm a mixed media painter and my art is influenced by my background in graphic design. My style varies, ranging from free form abstracts, to straight-lined geometric pieces. I start my paintings with a color and pieces of scrap paper I've collected through my travels. My paintings evolve as I apply more colors, layers of paint, and other mediums: ink, charcoal, or pastel. These layers are visual influences that are hidden in my subconscious -- my interpretations of how I experience the natural world.
